Staff logins are limited to @office-genius.com. Referrers use their own personal email and complete their registration through the public referrer sign-up form.
Hand it over in person or by private message. Every sign-in and edit is logged against this email, so a leak can always be traced back to one account.

Roles & permissions

You are the Admin — the only account that can create logins, issue passwords, publish and change settings. A Referrer can access only their private portal, including their own referrals, payout history, profile and assistance.

Security & safeguards

Shared logins cause most accidental deletions and leaks — these settings prevent them.

Self-service password resetOff by design: a forgotten password is re-issued by you, so no reset link can be intercepted.

One person per accountBlock a second simultaneous sign-in on the same login, so an account cannot be shared.
